To enroll in Online Banking, you must first have a First Trade Union Bank deposit or loan account. Before you begin, please be prepared to provide the following information during the enrollment process:

• Your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
• Your Mother's Maiden Name (capitalize ALL letters and DO NOT include any spacing or punctuation, such as dashes or apostrophes)
• Your Home Phone Number
• Your Date of Birth (entered in MM/DD/YYYY format)
• Your Driver's License Number (capitalize all letters and DO NO include any spacing or punctuation)

To enroll in Business Online Banking, you must first have a First Trade Union Bank business deposit or loan account. If you are already a client, simply follow these steps:

1. Click here to open our Business Online Banking Application
2. Complete the application, print it and sign it
3. Return the application to your relationship manager, mail to the address listed on the application, or bring it to one of our Banking Centers.
