Michael A. Butler, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Butler is an experienced financial services executive with an extensive background in all facets of commercial and consumer banking.  Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated a unique combination of strategic vision and innovative execution.  Prior to joining First Trade, Mike served as President, National Consumer Finance at KeyCorp in Cleveland, OH.  He is a graduate of Providence College and of the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking.  Mr. Butler has been active in The Habitat for Humanity Program.

Paul Bolger, Executive Vice President / Chief Banking Officer
Mr. Bolger is responsible for managing all business and retail banking operations for the Bank’s New England and New York markets. Paul has over 34 years of financial services experience, coming to First Trade from Finn, Warnke & Gayton, where he served as Principal. Paul has also served as Executive Vice President / Head of Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Lending and Loan Syndications and as Executive Vice President / Chief Credit Officer for Sovereign Bank. Paul is a graduate of Salem State College and works with the Ron Burton Training Village and the Turnaround Management Association.

Paul S. Musgrove, Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Musgrove is responsible for all financial operations for the Bank.  Paul has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining First Trade in 2009, Mr. Musgrove served as Chief Financial Officer for Nationwide Bank.  Paul earned his undergraduate degree and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Concordia University.

Shepard D. Rainie, Executive Vice President / Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Rainie is responsible for managing the Bank’s enterprise risk, credit administration and compliance functions. Shep has over 36 years of banking experience, coming to First Trade from Berkshire Bank, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President / Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Rainie also held numerous positions with Bank of America and its predecessor banks, including Senior Vice President / Credit Review and Managing Director / Strategic Risk Assessment. Mr. Rainie received his AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Boston College.

Cheryl A. Glantz, Senior Vice President / New England Market Manager
Ms. Glantz is responsible for all commercial banking activities in the New England region.   Cheryl has over 27 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, having held positions at Shawmut Bank and Eagle Bank prior to joining First Trade in 2000.  Cheryl holds a degree in Political Science and Government from Clark University.  Cheryl serves on the Finance Committee for both the Jewish Family Children’s Services and Urban Edge Housing Corporation.

Doreen D. Heath, Senior Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Heath is responsible for all human resources and retail banking activities.  Prior to joining First Trade in 1990, she spent 14 years in various positions at US Trust Company.  Doreen is Chair of the Advisory Board at South Boston Boys & Girls Club.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and holds her SPHR certification.  She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, the National Compliance School at the University of Oklahoma, and the Bank Management Program at Duke University.

Robert A. Landstein, Senior Vice President / Chief Information Officer
Mr. Landstein is responsible for all information technology and operational initiatives for the Bank.  He has over 23 years experience in both financial and non-financial related organizations.  Prior to joining First Trade, Rob was employed by JP Morgan Chase where he was Vice President, Business Management Lead Treasury Services.  Rob received his undergraduate degree at Columbia University and an MBA in Finance and Organizational Management from Columbia Business School. He also holds an MS in Telecommunications and Computing Management from Polytechnic University.

Joann Noble, Senior Vice President / Institutional Banking
Ms. Noble is responsible for identifying and establishing new relationships with unions and government entities throughout the Northeast.  Joann comes to First Trade with more than 20 years of financial services experience and a proven track record for designing and implementing strategies for growth.  Prior to joining First Trade in 2008, Ms. Noble served as Vice President, Consulting Services for Veritude, A Fidelity Investments Company.  Joann earned her undergraduate and M.Ed. from Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Noble serves as a trustee for the Family Service of Greater Boston.

Joseph Santacroce, Senior Vice President / Long Island Market Manager
Mr. Santacroce is responsible for all commercial banking activities in the Long Island region.  Joseph has over 33 years of experience in commercial lending, having held positions at Astoria Federal Savings Bank and Roosevelt Savings Bank prior to joining First Trade in 2007.  Mr. Santacroce is a New York State Licensed/Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a Certified Environmental Inspector.  He is a member of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, the Environmental Assessment Association and the Community Bankers Mortgage Forum.
